Welcome to Lopez Island Hospice and Home Support, Inc. LIHHS is a 501(c)(3)non-profit organization located on Lopez Island, Washington whose objective is to provide trained Home Support Volunteers to assist clients and family caregivers in maintaining or improving the clients' ability to care for themselves at home.

MISSION STATEMENT: "The mission of Lopez Island Hospice and Home Support is to be a skilled volunteer organization providing quality no-cost hospice and home support services and resources to the Lopez Community experiencing illness and/or loss."

Any Lopez resident with any level of medically-based need is eligible for our services, regardless of age, gender, race or religion. Those with short term, longterm, or life-limiting illnesses or disabilities qualify for our care. Being Homebound is not a requirement. Frail or elderly people who need support to continue living at home are elegible. Referral can be by self, family, friend or medical care giver.
