Lopez Island Hospice and Home Support Privacy

Client Privacy is one of our strongest commitments. Consequently Lopez Island Hospice and Home Support works hard to insure confidentiality in several ways.

1) All of our volunteers are required to sign a confidentiality agreement which restricts discussion of client status in any form. All volunteers take the issue seriously and have had specific training on the subject.

2) LIHHS complies with the Federal HIPAA regulations. See copies of our HIPAA document package here.

3) No data identifiable to an individual, whether they are a client, a family, or a monetary donor is shared with any outside agency.

4) This website collects no data about your visit to our pages. We set no cookies or nor do we use any other surreptitious method of tracking users of our site.
